Exclusive: ‘The Voice’ star explains his excitement for Revive Us 2
Christian Cuevas understands more than most what it’s like to be a Christian in a challenging environment. He made a deep run in last year’s edition of the hit singing competition “The Voice” and wasn’t shy about his faith. In an exclusive interview backstage with TheCourage at REVIVE US 2, the 22-year-old shared why he was so excited for the message of hope at the national family meeting.
“Revive Us 1 was amazing. REVIVE US 2 I think it’s even better. Revive Us 1 was great, it was at a point where we all needed to hear it. But I feel like the U.S. really needs [REVIVE US 2] right now,” he said.
Cuevas added that he’s really excited to see what happens after the show among the family of faith and how they take the message of love and hope and apply it to their churches and lives.
