As school settles in and routines become, well, routine, our marriages are often the first thing to suffer. There are football games, ballet recitals, and school projects that start consuming our time, and we quickly forget about investing in our (second) most important relationship: the one with our spouse.
Recently, author Arlene Pellican shared some wisdom about the “magic” of taking time to get away with your spouse. As she puts it, “date nights are less expensive than marriage counseling.”
While she started out specifically addressing wives, the tips also apply to husbands. Watch and then start planning something special, unique, and important with your spouse.
